I am a teacher with the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center. I have been there since June of 2005. Since 2009, I have been teaching GED classes. I am also a trainer of our staff on use of the Promethean Board and other technology.
I also work as a merchandise vendor for the six-times Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. In my younger days, I spent nine years (active and reserves) in the United States Army as a Legal Specialist (enlisted) and Air Defense Artillery officer. I was commissioned after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 with a BS in Mathematics. I returned to school and received my BS in Mathematics Education and PA Teaching Certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1995. I anticipate graduating from Boise State with my MET in May of 2015.
I am married with dogs. Lacie J. is a black and white Shih-Tzu and Lucky is a caramel and white Pomeranian mix.
